What are the reception's opening hours?
Reception is open between 8am and 9pm. However, during the low season, opening hours are guaranteed from 9:00 to 17:30. There will always be a member of staff present to help Hotel guests.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is until 12:00.
How can I get from the airport to the hotel?
It is recommended that guests have their own car. Alternatively, the Hotel works with an external transfer company. For more information about this service please contact us by phone or e-mail.
The Hotel provides extra beds and cots in the rooms and baby chairs in the restaurant?
Extra beds, cots and dining chairs are subject to availability. Should you require any of these items, please add the "special request" to your booking.
Is smoking allowed in the Hotel?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the enclosed spaces inside the hotel, regardless of the type of cigarette. However, smoking is permitted on the room balconies and in all outdoor spaces.
Are there bathrobes in the rooms?
Bathrobes are not available in the rooms. They will be made available upon guest request.
Do the rooms have an iron and ironing board?
Yes, subject to availability and prior request at Reception.
How does the lost property work?
After your departure, any object left in the room (except underwear) is kept at the Hotel for 1 year, 1 month and 1 day. In case you have left any personal belongings, please contact our team via email.
Are they pet friendly?
The hotel has stopped accepting pets since January 2023. However, it provides a list of pet hotel recommendations in the area.
Do you provide pool towels at reception?
Yes, pool towels are available on request. These can be kept until the end of the stay and cost €2 each.
Does the Hotel have rooms and common areas adapted for people with reduced mobility?
The Hotel has 2 double rooms adapted to people with reduced mobility. It is possible to access the restaurant, reception and swimming pool via ramps. The restaurant also offers an adapted bathroom.
Does the hotel have a gym?
The Hotel does not have a gym, it only offers an outdoor area with 4 machines that can be used by guests while enjoying a wonderful view.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served between 8am and 10am (low season) and 10.30am (high season). At check-in guests are asked to reserve a time to schedule this meal, in order to avoid crowding the room.
Does the restaurant have vegan, gluten free and dairy free options?
Yes. However, special requests must be indicated when booking or 48 hours in advance of check-in, are subject to availability.
Can customers who are not staying at the Hotel enjoy any of the facilities?
The restaurant and massages are available for Guests not staying at the Hotel, by prior reservation.
Do you organise weddings and christenings? What is the guest limit?
